Amherst, N.Y., June 1, 2025— Athena SWC announced the promotion of Zach Costello to Senior Account Manager, effective June 1, 2025. Costello’s promotion reflects his consistent contributions to the organization and Athena’s ongoing commitment to the professional development of its team.
Costello joined Athena in 2017 as a Senior Marketing Associate and was promoted to Account Manager in 2019. In each role, he has demonstrated an ability to drive client success through disciplined execution of Athena’s strategic marketing and sales support processes. He brings deep knowledge of lead generation, sales process improvement, and account leadership.
In his new role as Senior Account Manager, Costello will also focus on mentoring staff, training team members, and strengthening technical capabilities within the organization.

Costello holds a master’s degree in business and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, both from Niagara University.
