Amherst, N.Y., May 3, 2024—Athena SWC is thrilled to announce that, effective immediately, Mikayla Roundy has been promoted to Account Manager. Since joining the company in November 2021 as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Mikayla has excelled in her roles, consistently demonstrating her commitment to excellence and consultative approach.

Because of her exceptional performance, Mikayla quickly advanced from her initial SDR role, moving into a Sales Coordinator position within five months. Since January 2024, she has managed dual responsibilities as a hybrid Sales Coordinator/Account Manager, skillfully providing invaluable client support.

In her new position as a full-time Account Manager, Mikayla will continue to develop client relationships by delivering high-level strategic guidance of client programs and tactical program management, implementing program process improvements, and providing sales process and situational consultancy.

Mikayla Roundy is a 2021 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Mikayla, originally from Binghamton, NY, also holds an Associate of Science degree in business from Broome Community College.
