Scott Hill Operations Manager
Amherst, N.Y., May 3, 2024— Athena SWC is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Hill from Senior Account Manager to Operations Manager, effective immediately. This marks Scott’s fourth promotion since he joined the company in 2014, reflecting his significant contributions and commitment to Athena’s growth.

In his new capacity as Operations Manager, Scott Hill will be responsible for the skillset development and management of our Sales Development Representatives and Sales Coordinators. He will lead efforts in pursuing technology and automation to improve staff productivity and performance. Additionally, Scott will work closely with the leadership team to assist with scheduling and scoping client engagements. These responsibilities reflect Athena SWC’s commitment to enhancing service delivery and operational excellence under Scott’s guidance.

Scott, a Pembroke, NY, native, holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in computer applications from SUNY Cortland.
